Jeff has been a member of MedicAlert® since discovering at a young age that he had a platelet dysfunction. He states, “I was a pretty typical 12 year old – extremely active and outgoing. Over the years, Jeff has endured other serious health difficulties, and relies on his MedicAlert® bracelet to provide him with the peace of mind and security he needs to live his life. While grateful that he has never had to use the MedicAlert services in an emergency situation, he finds his membership and bracelet come in handy during his all-too frequent trips to the hospital. “I just present my membership card and it gets photocopied for my chart. This ensures correct and up-to-date information is entered in my file.”
