Sizing Notes

Measure your wrist and select according to available sizes:

• Small 6-¾" – fits 6" to 6 ½"
• Medium 7-¾" – fits 7" to 7 ½"
• Large 8-¾" – fits 8" to 8 ½"

NOTE: Order next full size up if required (e.g. wrist measures 5¼”, select size small). Band sizes are not adjustable.

Measuring Instructions

Use a cloth ruler or a ruler and a string to measure your wrist. Left and right wrist size may vary, be sure to measure the wrist you intend to wear your bracelet on.

Caring for your Watch

Use a soft cloth to wipe off dirt, perspiration and water from the case and crystal. The band may be washed with mild liquid soap and water. Use a soft brush to remove dust and dirt jammed in the gaps in the band. It is important to keep your watch clean as deposited dust and dirt may cause corrosion.

Caring for your Eco-Drive Power Reserve

Eco-Drive timepieces are powered by light and do not require battery changes. If wearing the watch on a regular basis, recharging will be automatic, as regular exposure to light will keep your power reserve unending.

If the charge ever does become insufficient the second hand will change to a two second interval movement to indicate insufficient recharging, even in such a case the watch will keep correct time. Approximately 4 days after the two second interval movement begins, the watch will stop. After exposing the watch to light, recharging takes place and the watch will return to one second interval movement.

The watch will stop if it is completely discharged. It will begin to operate soon after it is exposed to light. (However the time to start may vary according to the brightness of the light.) Caution: When recharging the watch after it is completely in the stop state, be sure to pull out the crown to the time setting position. After recharging, set the time and push the crown firmly back into its normal position. For further instructions on recharging your echo-drive please refer to the instruction manual shipped with your watch.

Product Care and Wear Instructions

Warranty

All MedicAlert identification products including emblems, chains, bands, beads, crystals, pearls, leather bands, latex-free rubber, and attachments carry a 1 year warranty, from the date of purchase, against all defects in material and workmanship. Members may return defective products within 1 year from the original date of purchase for replacement or repair. Members are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to MedicAlert.

Citizen Watches

MedicAlert offers a 1 year engraving warranty on Citizen watches. There is an additional limited five-year warranty for the watch movement and components provided by Citizen Watch Company.

Roots Canada

MedicAlert offers a 1 year warranty on Roots cuffs. Roots Canada offers a 2 year warranty on the Roots Tuff watch movement, dial and hands and a 1 year warranty for manufacturer's defects on the nylon strap.

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or breakage, misuse or alteration
• Tarnishing or scratching of the emblem, chain and attachments
• Watch batteries
• Leather blemishes naturally found on leather products
• Loss of any kind

Resizing

We offer free resizing of all bracelet chains within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, a resizing fee will apply and members are responsible for shipping the product to MedicAlert for resizing.

Return Policy

Customized engraving of medical information on the emblem prevent MedicAlert from offering any refunds.
