Crystal bracelets are available in full inch increments. Bracelet size includes emblem, crystals and clasp.
Care and Cleaning
- Store your crystal jewellery in soft pouch or the MedicAlert padded box separate from other jewellery to avoid scratches.
- Crystal bracelets may be cleaned by hand washing in lukewarm water to which a few drops of a mild dish detergent has been added. Then rinse under running water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid spotting and lint spoiling the shine.
- Under no circumstances should any abrasive or corrosive detergents be used; glass or window-cleaning fluids should also be avoided, as they often cause streaking.
- Although genuine Swarovski Crystallized Elements are resistant to wear, perspiration, scratches, perfumes and washing; to ensure a long life for your product we recommend removing your crystal bracelet before swimming or heavy exercise.
Product Care Program
- MedicAlert provides warranty on the workmanship and material of your bracelet and/or necklace for one year.
- An additional 1 year warranty applies to all new identification products as part of the Advantage Membership.
- Any repairs or modifications to the product must be made by MedicAlert. A resizing fee may apply.
Refund Policy
- There are no refunds on bracelets, necklaces or watches due to the customized engraving of medical information.
