Sizing Notes

Measure your wrist and select according to available sizes:

• Size 6 – fits wrist size up to 6”
• Size 7 – fits wrist size up to 7”
• Size 8 – fits wrist size up to 8”

NOTE: Order next full size up if required (e.g. wrist measures 6¼”, select size 7)

Measuring Instructions

Use a cloth ruler or a ruler and a string to measure your wrist. Left and right wrist size may vary, be sure to measure the wrist you intend to wear your bracelet on.

Care and Cleaning

Taking good care of your identification jewelry, with regular cleaning, will prolong its life and provide years of enjoyable wear. Your MedicAlert jewelry can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft brush.

Important: Avoid all abrasive or ammonia-based substances to keep the original finish of your product intact.

Swarovski Crystals and Pearls

Store your Swarovski Elements in a soft pouch or the MedicAlert padded box separate from other jewelry to avoid scratches. Crystal bracelets may be cleaned by hand washing in warm soapy water, rinsing and drying using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid all abrasive or corrosive detergents and glass or window-cleaning liquids. Swarovski Elements are resistant to perspiration, scratches and perfumes but to prolong the life and provide years of enjoyable wear, remove your jewelry before swimming or heavy exercise.

Product Care and Wear Instructions

Warranty

All MedicAlert identification products including emblems, chains, bands, beads, crystals, pearls, leather bands, latex-free rubber, and attachments carry a 1 year warranty, from the date of purchase, against all defects in material and workmanship. Members may return defective products within 1 year from the original date of purchase for replacement or repair. Members are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to MedicAlert.

Citizen Watches

MedicAlert offers a 1 year engraving warranty on Citizen watches. There is an additional limited five-year warranty for the watch movement and components provided by Citizen Watch Company.

Roots Canada

MedicAlert offers a 1 year warranty on Roots cuffs. Roots Canada offers a 2 year warranty on the Roots Tuff watch movement, dial and hands and a 1 year warranty for manufacturer's defects on the nylon strap.

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or breakage, misuse or alteration
• Tarnishing or scratching of the emblem, chain and attachments
• Watch batteries
• Leather blemishes naturally found on leather products
• Loss of any kind

Resizing

We offer free resizing of all bracelet chains within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, a resizing fee will apply and members are responsible for shipping the product to MedicAlert for resizing.

Return Policy

Customized engraving of medical information on the emblem prevent MedicAlert from offering any refunds.
