As a MedicAlert member you can choose either a Standard or Advantage membership. For a yearly fee of only $49.00, the Advantage membership entitles you to the most comprehensive services and benefits MedicAlert has to offer.

Before purchasing your MedicAlert membership:
- Make sure you have your all of your personal information handy, including your address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, family emergency contacts, and the name and phone number of your physician(s).
- Ensure you have your complete medical history, including list of medical conditions, devices/implants, medications and allergies and special needs available.
- Have your credit card information ready.
- If you have our membership registration form, please have it by your side so that you may enter the bar code number when prompted.
- Choose a MedicAlert identification product from one of the new member package collections.
