Call us at 1-866-734-9423 (Mon. – Fri., 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST) to speak to a member services representative and register your child.
When you register your child you will receive a $40.00 discount toward any MedicAlert identification.
If you select a product with a value greater than $40.00, pay only the difference plus applicable taxes.
