MedicAlert Foundation Canada (MAFCA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Student to support our operational excellence efforts by improving process clarity, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Our mission—to protect Canadians by providing life-saving medical information to first responders—relies on strong, consistent processes across departments. The Summer Student will work with teams across the organization to map current workflows, document key business processes, and support improvements that enhance member service, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.
This role is ideal for students interested in operations, business processes, healthcare services, quality improvement, or non-profit administration.
