How to use the Learning Hub

Access the Learning Hub:

    • New to the Learning Hub? Register below. You’ll receive an email with a secure link to access the Learning Hub.
    • Returning learner? Use the link in your registration email, or sign in to your MedicAlert website account and select 'Access MedicAlert Learning from My Account'. If you need to create a MedicAlert website account, use the same email address you used for your Learning Hub registration.

Learn at Your Own Pace: Access bite-sized modules, video tutorials, and interactive quizzes from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone—whenever and wherever it’s convenient for you.

Track Your Progress: Monitor your educational journey through your personalized dashboard, earn certificates upon course completion, and easily pick up exactly where you left off.
