NAVIVA™ Waitlist Terms & Conditions

By adding your name to the (the “Waitlist”) for the upcoming NAVIVA GPS safety solution (the “Solution”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

  1. Eligibility
    Participation in the Waitlist is open only to individuals who have attained the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of sign-up. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

  2. Availability 
    The Solution is not available to individuals residing in the Province of Quebec. 

  3. Nature of the Waitlist & No Purchase Obligation
    Placing your name on the Waitlist is not an offer to sell, nor does it constitute a pre-order of the Solution. You incur no obligation to purchase the Solution.
  4. Limited Launch Discount Program
    1. Availability: At the time of the Solution launch, MedicAlert will make a limited quantity of discounted purchase offers (the “Launch Discount”) available.
    2. Eligibility for Discount: These Launch Discounts will be offered exclusively to individuals who have joined the Waitlist prior to the launch announcement.
    3. No Guarantee: Your inclusion on the Waitlist makes you eligible to receive a Launch Discount but does not guarantee that you will receive one. Discounts are limited and subject to availability.
    4. Distribution Method: Available Launch Discounts will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to Waitlist members, based on the date and time of their Waitlist sign-up, once the Product is available for public purchase. MedicAlert reserves the right to determine the final allocation method.

  5. Communication 
    By joining the Waitlist, you consent to receive email notifications from MedicAlert regarding Solution launch updates, availability, and any associated promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link provided in the emails. 

  6. Modification or Termination
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Waitlist and these Terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes the right to change the structure, timing, or value of the Launch Discount Program.

  7. Privacy
    Any personal information you provide in connection with the Waitlist will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with MedicAlert’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.medicalert.ca/privacy-policy

  8. General
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MedicAlert regarding the Waitlist. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

  9. Acknowledgment
    By submitting your information to join the Waitlist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
