MedicAlert offers a variety of service plan options when you register. At the end of your initial term, your subscription will automatically renew. When you initially subscribe to MedicAlert there is a one-time activation fee of $75 which helps cover the costs of setting up and reviewing your Personal Health Information Record before it becomes available to first responders.

By joining MedicAlert Kids, your little hero becomes part of the MedicAlert SuperSquad—our very own health advocating superheroes! Members Outdoor Otto, Racing Rita, Zoologist Zoey, Inclusive Ian, Soccer Sihan, and Engineering Ethan each have their own health challenges, but they’re unstoppable when it comes to teaching kids the importance of safety, inclusivity, and how to handle health emergencies, all through fun and relatable superhero stories.
How does it work?
Each MedicAlert Kids ID bracelet is engraved with a personal ID number which connects First Responders to your child’s detailed Personal Health Record, reviewed and maintained by a team of internationally trained physicians, nurses, and other health professionals. By calling the 1-800 number on the back of the ID, First Responders will be connected to an agent at our 24/7 Emergency Response Hotline who can convey crucial health information at a time when it matters most.

MedicAlert Kids offers a variety of subscription plans from monthly to 3-year terms.
