Copper bracelets are crafted from 99% pure Copper. Copper bracelets are prepared with an antique finish which will darken naturally in a fairly short period of time. With continued wear, the bracelet will maintain its attractive antique finish. Copper MedicAlert bracelet can be polished easily with a standard Copper cleaner (polish). Copper, when in contact with the skin may leave a black or green mark on the wrist. Please be aware this is a normal reaction and any discoloration of the skin can be easily removed with soap and water.

All MedicAlert identification products including emblems, chains, bands, beads, crystals, pearls, leather bands, latex-free rubber, and attachments carry a 1 year warranty, from the date of purchase, against all defects in material and workmanship. Subscribers may return defective products within 1 year from the original date of purchase for replacement or repair. Subscribers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product to MedicAlert.

Watches

• Citizen Watches: MedicAlert offers a 1 year engraving warranty on Citizen watches. There is an additional limited five-year warranty for the watch movement and components provided by Citizen Watch Company.

• Roots Watches: Roots Canada offers a 2 year warranty on the Roots watch movement, dial and hands and a 1 year warranty for manufacturer's defects.

Warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or breakage, misuse or alteration
• Tarnishing or scratching of the emblem, chain and attachments
• Leather blemishes naturally found on leather products
• Loss of any kind
• Watch batteries

We offer free resizing of all bracelet chains within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, a resizing fee will apply and subscribers are responsible for shipping the product to MedicAlert for resizing.

Customized engraving of medical information on the emblem prevent MedicAlert from offering any refunds on identification products.
